A thorough assessment of the current plant and process status is done by conducting process investigation (sperm to worm as called by the team), mass and energy balance, process data analysis and root cause analysis.

Possible solutions are conceptualised whilst engaging with equipment and technology providers and submitting a range of possible solutions from which the most suitable for integration into the client’s process can be selected to develop.

Assistance is provided to clients in developing new processes and new products for the best positioning of the client or to expand its position in the South African or international market.
